  • What is Hack4Delta?

    Hack4Delta is a multi-day event where participants from a variety of different backgrounds will come together to collaborate on a project focusing on sustainability.

  • Who can participate?

    Hackathons are open to anyone regardless of background or experience. Hackers may come from a variety of fields ranging from engineering to education. Many participants have little or no experience with computer programming. By using creativity and collaboration, hackers spark incredible innovations.

  • How long does Hack4Delta last?

    It begins on Friday September 20th and will run through to Sunday September 22nd.

  • Where will Hack4Delta take place?

    Hack4Delta will take place in Hartford, CT at the Trinity Innovation Center

    1 Constitution Plaza, 3rd Floor
    Hartford, CT 06103!

  • What is the theme of this year's Hack4Delta?

    This year's competition completely revolves around Sustainability!

  • Will food be provided?

    Snacks a plenty and coffee will be provided throughout the event. We encourage you to check out the local food scene in Hartford on Pratt Street and Front Street

  • How do I go about creating/finding a team?

    Overall team size is limited to 5 people max. If you are coming with a team, a team registration form will be distributed at the beginning of the event. If you don’t have a team, that’s no problem! We will have team forming events before we kickoff!

  • Will boarding be provided?

    No, unfortunately we cannot provide boarding for Hack4Delta. The space will be closed at 10PM each night.

  • Are there travel stipends available?

    Unfortunately we are a small team and at this time are not able to provide travel stipends. Hopefully next year!

  • How much does Hack4Delta cost?

    Hack4Delta costs a nominal fee of $25 if accepted into the program!

  • Will Hack4Delta be in person?

    Yes! Hack4Delta will be in person.
